Reiki Level I invites you to nurture self-love—to honor yourself, receive Reiki, and establish a compassionate relationship with your own healing journey.
In Reiki Level II, that foundation expands into self-belief.
As you learn the sacred Reiki symbols and deepen your connection with the energy, you are invited to trust yourself more fully: to believe in your intuition, your ability to work with Reiki, and your capacity to create meaningful change in your life.
Moving from self-love to self-belief does not mean leaving self-love behind. It means allowing the love you have cultivated within yourself to become confidence, inner trust, and empowered action.

Moving from Reiki Level I to Reiki Level II
Reiki Level I introduces you to Reiki energy and establishes a foundation for self-Reiki and hands-on practice.
In Reiki Level II, your relationship with the energy expands. You will be introduced to three traditional Reiki symbols and learn how they can focus and strengthen your intentions. You will also explore distance Reiki and practices designed to support well-being beyond the physical level.
This next step can bring greater depth, confidence, and versatility to both your personal practice and the Reiki you share with others.

Learn the meaning and purpose of each symbol, how to draw and activate it, and how to thoughtfully incorporate the symbols into your Reiki practice.
Distance Reiki
Discover practices for offering Reiki across distance, time, and space in support of loved ones, situations, past experiences, and future intentions.
Reiki for Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Learn how to use the Reiki Level II symbols in practices designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, self-awareness, and intentional personal growth.
You will be guided through exercises you can use in your personal Reiki practice or share appropriately with others. These practices offer complementary energetic support and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
Reiki-Infused Affirmations and Intentions
Learn how to combine Reiki and its symbols with affirmations and focused intentions to encourage positive change, personal growth, and greater alignment.
Creating a Reiki Crystal Grid
Learn how to create, activate, and work with your own Reiki crystal grid. You will explore how crystals, written intentions, and the Reiki Level II symbols can be brought together in a focused energetic practice.
You will also learn how to maintain and recharge your grid so it can continue holding your chosen intention beyond an individual Reiki session.
Deepening Your Intuition
Strengthen your inner awareness and develop greater confidence in the impressions, sensations, and guidance you receive while practicing Reiki.
