When spiritual growth moves quickly, it can sometimes leave us feeling mentally scattered, energetically unsteady, or disconnected from the physical world. The 5D Earth Ascension Grid Alignment offers a grounding current designed to help you remain present, centered, and connected while exploring higher states of consciousness.
Channeled and founded by Rishi Rohit Sharma, this energy healing system works with the spiritual concept of Earth’s crystalline grid—a luminous network of planetary energy associated with love, unity, and New Earth consciousness.
Delivered as a distance chi ball attunement, the system connects primarily with the Earth Star and Heart chakras. Its emerald-green and golden frequency is intended to create an energetic bridge between the heart, the body, and the grounding presence of the Earth.
Grounding for Times of Spiritual Change
The 5D Earth Ascension Grid Alignment is centered on the image of crystalline roots extending from beneath your feet into the heart of the planet.
Working with this visualization may help you feel more secure within your body, supported by the Earth, and better able to integrate spiritual experiences into everyday life. Rather than encouraging you to escape the physical world, the energy invites higher awareness to become grounded through your daily choices, relationships, and connection with nature.
Potential Benefits
Working with this energy may support:
A stronger sense of grounding and energetic stability
Greater presence during meditation and spiritual practice
Connection with the Earth Star and Heart chakras
Heart-centered awareness and inner calm
Integration during periods of personal transformation
A deeper energetic relationship with nature
Greater sensitivity to plants, animals, and elemental energies
Release of collective stress and fear-based patterns
Alignment with New Earth and unity-consciousness principles
A sense of safety, belonging, and connection
Each person’s experience is different. Some may notice warmth, heaviness, or a magnetic sensation around the feet and legs. Others may simply experience greater calm, centeredness, or connection with the natural world.
Working with the Energy
Once attuned, you can activate the energy during meditation, personal energy work, time spent outdoors, or whenever you wish to feel more grounded.
The handbook includes a Crystalline Roots meditation, a nighttime integration practice, morning and evening routines, crystal programming, journaling prompts, and instructions for working with the energy for yourself and others.
Moss agate and petrified wood are suggested as optional energetic companions. The manual also associates the system with 432 Hz music as a contemplative background frequency. These additions are optional and are not required to connect with the energy.
